Referral Processing Guidelines

1. CRM Record Required

The referral must be properly recorded in Venture Solar’s CRM system and clearly attributed to the referring party. Referrals may be submitted securely through the Venture Solar app, provided directly to a Venture Solar salesperson, emailed to referrals@venturesolar.com, or submitted by calling 800-203-4158 and speaking with a member of the sales team to officially register the referral.

2. One Referral per Home

Each referral is valid for one home only. If multiple solar systems are installed at the same address, it will still count as a single qualified referral.

3. Self-Initiated Inquiries Must Disclose Referral

If a referred homeowner contacts Venture Solar directly (by phone or through the website), they must indicate they were referred before the sale is completed for the referring party to receive credit.

4. Non-Customer Referrals

Non-Venture Solar customers may submit referrals through the Venture Solar app. Program eligibility and methods are subject to change.

5. Referral After Non-Referral Lead (Pre-Sale)

If a lead is initially acquired through a non-referral source and is later referred before converting to a sale, the referral will be honored.

6. No Retroactive Referrals (Post-Sale)

Referrals will not be honored if a lead is acquired from a non-referral source, completes sign up / sale, and then later claims they were referred.

7. Second Homes

If an existing Venture Solar customer installs solar on a second, separate property they own, that installation will be treated as a qualified referral and is eligible for a referral reward.

8. Referral Payment Amounts

Successful referrals will be honored at their respective referral tiers per the Contact in our CRM. If a referral tier is upgraded as a promotion, there must be written approval in order to honor the promotion. As of March 2026 the only referral payments will be for successful installations.
